| 内容記述 | 臨床において新人でもなくかつ管理者でもない人を中堅と呼ぶのが一般化している。しかしその中堅ナースは経験年数を重ねていることはわかるがどのような要素を持っている人であるのだろうか。ナースの需給率も徐々に高まり就業年数も伸びている現在経験のある中堅ナースは増加している。本研究は経験３年以上のナースが「中堅ナース」をどのように考えているかを調査したものである。その結果、中堅ナース構成する要素として以下のことが明らかになった。先行研究による「臨床実践能力」の５つのカテゴリー『患者に対するケア能力』『看護管理能力』『教育能力』『自己学習能力』『職場での影響力』と新たに８つのカテゴリー『人間関係の調整』『婦長サポート』『業務遂行』『看護職としての自立』『組織感覚』『臨床経験』『ライフスタイル』『その人の姿勢・態度』を中堅ナースの要素として分類した。また臨床経験６年以上のナースの８割が自らを中堅ナースと考えていた。ただし今回経験３年以上のナースが考える「中堅ナース」と、Ｐ・べナーの述べる「中堅」は同義とは言えない。 |
| 内容記述2 | In clinical medicine, it has become common to call one not in the entry level nor in the supervising position a “seniornurse”. It is understood that “senior nurses” have already had several years experiences, however, exactly what kind of expereince is inherent or implied by the title “senior-nurse?” Experienced nurses have been increasing nowadays when both nursing demands and total work-years of nurses have been expanding. This study reseraches the ways in which nurses with 3-year-plus experience consider the “senior nurse” role.
According to the result, here are the elements and qualities we found that the notion of “senior nurse” implies: They are divided into 5 categories of preliminarily studied “Clinical Practice Abilities”, such as: “Patient care ability”, “Nursing management ability”, “Educational ability”, “Self-learning ability” and “Influencing power at work”. Also into 8 new categories: “Human relation management”,“Support to chief nurse”,“Work accomplishment”,“Independence as a nurse”,“Sense of organization”,“Clinical experience”, “Lifestyle”,“Belief and attitude”. 80% of nurses who have more than 6 years experiences in clinical medicine consider themselves senior nurses. A “senior nurse” understood by these nurses with more than 3 years experiences, however, is not necessarily the same here as the definition of “proficient” described by P.Benner |
