| 内容記述 | 本研究は山梨県の在宅要援護高齢者およびその内訳である在宅虚弱高齢者、在宅痴呆高齢者、在宅寝たきり高齢者の分布に対する関連要因を明らかにする目的から、先行研究において示唆された人口密度の違いに着目して、人口密集地域と人口希薄地域における在宅要援護高齢者率および内訳率を従属変数、人口・世帯要因、社会・経済要因、医療・健康要因を独立変数とした一連の相関分析により関連要因の地域特徴について検討した。その結果、在宅要援護高齢者率には人口密集地域では70歳平均余命に代表される女性高齢者の健康水準が在宅要援護高齢者率と関連していることが示唆され、人口希薄地域ではむしろ地域人口の高齢化が関連要因として示唆され、地域特徴が認められた。同様に、在宅虚弱高齢者率に対しては、人口密集地域では離別老年男性割合が、在宅痴呆高齢者率に対しては、人口希薄地域において女性の脳血管疾患SMR（標準化死亡比）が、また在宅寝たきり高齢者に対しては、人口希薄地域において有配偶老年男性率などが関連要因として示唆され、関連要因に地域特徴がみられることが示唆された。 |
| 内容記述2 | elderly women in terms of 70-years old women's life expectancy was extracted as a relating factor to the rate of home care elderly persons. In the low-population density area, aging of the local population was rather concerned. The rate of separated elderly men was thought to be a related factor to the rate of in-home fragile elderly persons in the high-population density municipalities. Standard mortality ratio of women's cerebrovascular disease was suggested as a related factor to the rate of in-home senile dementia elderly persons in the low-population density municipalities. The rate of spoused eldely men was extracted as a related factor to the rate of in-home bedredden elderly persons in the low-population density area. These results suggest that there are several different factors relating to the distribution of home care elderly persons between high and low population density areas. |
