| 内容記述 | 2009 年3 月と2010 年3 月にイギリスとアメリカに「学際統合型専門職連携教育」のプログラム開発の参考にするため調査・研修に行った。その結果より日英米の比較検討を行い共通点と相違点を検討し、英米の研究成果からの導入可能な点を示した。共通点は、①専門職連携教育における教員間の相互理解と連携、②専門職連携演習に取り組む学内体制の組織化、③教員のファシリテート力の必要、③幅広い視点からの評価、⑤実践現場との連携、であり、相違点は、①推進体制の違い、②教育方法やプログラム蓄積の違い、である。英米専門職連携教育からは、①教育プログラムの内容、②教育方法や教材、③専門職連携の「臨床の知」について本学プログラムを開発する上での参考になった。 |
| 内容記述2 | This article discusses commonalities and diff erences of Inter-professional Education (IPE) among the UK,the US, and Japan, and then identifi es IPE aspects applicable in Yamanashi Prefectural University (YPU).The paper is based on results from our fact-fi nding study trips to the UK in March 2009 and to the US in March 2010, the visits designed to learn their IPE features for developing Interdisciplinary Collaborated Professional Program in YPU.The commonalities of IPE among three countries include importance for mutual understanding / cooperation among faculty members from different disciplines, development of an in-house system to serve for inter-professional training, facilitation-capacity required for teachers, evaluation from a broader viewpoint, and collaboration with on-site communities. The differences among the countries are in systems to promote IPE and in ways to accumulate educational methods / programs. The following aspects from the UK and the US are informative in developing the University's IPE program: the contents of educational program, educational methods / materials, and clinical knowing from Interdisciplinary Collaboration. |
