東北大学附属図書館作成データベースについて
　
1. 利用者は自己の研究・学習のために、データベースを自由に使用することができますが、データベース及び各画像の転載・再配付等については、事前に著作権者（東北大学附属図書館）の許可を受けなければなりません。
2. いかなる組織・個人も、その意図や理由のいかんにかかわらず、データベースを営利目的で使用することはできません。
3. 著作権者は、データベースを使用した者と第三者の間に係争が発生しても、一切の責任を負いません。
4. 著作権者は、利用者がこのシステムを使用することによって発生したいかなる不利益・損害等に関しても、一切の責任を負いません。
5. 本データベースの画像・文章は、学術研究目的の利用に供するため、原資料に改変を加えないことを原則としています。原資料の性質上、事実誤認・偏見に基づく差別的語句・不快感を与える描写などの問題を含んだ表現が見られる場合がありますが、本データベースの趣旨を御理解頂いた上で御使用下さい。

1. Tohoku University holds the copyright of this database. The users are allowed to use this database for their own personal academic purposes as long as they follow the Copyright Act. Reproduction, transcription and re-distribution of each image is prohibited without prior written permission of the Tohoku University Library.
2. The use of this database is permitted only for non-profit academic purposes.
3. The copyright holder assumes no responsibility for any dispute or lawsuit resulting from this database between the user and the third party.
4. The copyright holder assumes no responsibility for any possible damage or harm cause by the use of this database.
